At B. Corbin Clarinet Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment. If your purchase does not meet your performance expectations, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specify if you require a refund or an exchange.

  Sanitize and Pack

  Ensure all mouthpieces and barrels are thoroughly cleaned and securely placed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking information for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned product for wear or damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
